The location was perfect: right across the street from Williams College and close to the Museum of Art and the Clark Institute (and only a short drive to MASS MoCA). The staff was friendly, everything worked well and the room was quiet, even though the walls are relatively thin.
The intense smell of cleaning product upon entering was a little too strong. The sheets were clean though showed evidence of much use. A bit threadbare and spotty.

The hotel is clean and spacious, with a great location just a short walk from a performing arts theater. There are plenty of food options within a 10-15 minute walk. The room is vintage and reasonably large, with nice furniture. The breakfast selection is a great hot choice.

Our stay at Northside Motel was exceptional. The location, next to a big hotel and the police department, made us feel safe throughout our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they even provided coffee and water, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a king size bed on the first floor. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. I highly recommend Northside Motel for a pleasant and worry-free stay.
